Well, not really 1960
but they're filming on Amber's street again.
And television land is pretending it is 1960.
The dead giveaway isn't the camera's or the girls in blue,
but the prices on this cab...
So when you are watching the premiere of
the Pan Am girls
Will it be coffee or will it be tea?

Thing is... when I started flying that's what the stewardesses looked like!!
How FUN that you get to see the making of that show. Or at least a part of it anyway. It was as much fun as seeing a well tended desk.
I havent heard of this show, but it must be interesting watching the filming, you've got some geat pictures to scrap too.

I love dresses like the one worn by the woman on the street - beeyootiful. Unfortunately, with my svelte figure (not!), I'd end up looking like Widow Twankey...LOL xx
Wow! Great to see the inside action...
Never heard of the show but it looks interesting, love the era I'm a 60's chick (old boiler now)! Will have to look out for it when it comes over here. xx
How fabulous to see all this in action but it was fabulous for me to to see it through your photos. Thanks so much for sharing. Hugs, Neet #7
Looks like fun round yours this week!
Wow how exciting. I've never heard of that film but I shall be keeping an eye out for it now.
What fun to watch it being filmed ...it so makes me feel my age as I remember all these fashions ...I was 12 in 59.
Did you know that the first stewardesses were actually trained nurses? Learned that in the Florence Nightengale museum in London. I will have to check out Pan Am when it airs. Hope you have a crafty week and thanks for sharing. Vickie
thats so cool!
Very cool...now that's an awesome desk share! Pop Art Minis
Never heard of it but it must be so interesting being able to watch it all going on, have a happy Wednesday! Mel (43)
I LOVE the 1960's dresses, love them!
Great photos! It must be very tedious for Amber and the car parking thing, but it seems pretty glamorous from this wind blown autumnal looking Wiltshire village! How fun!
Going to be fun to see what goes on in the skies. You must have a pretty good view.
Whay fun to have that at your doorstep!
Happy WOYWW
I came home and Christina Ricci was smoking on my stoop.

what an interesting "desk", LOL!
I just loved the 1960s - was a teenager through them and what I'd give to be transported back even for just a few days courtesy of the movie makers. The clothes are just gorgeous. Thanks for sharing these piccies.
