WOYWW - Itemized

Tonight just as I was in the middle of 100 things, mom called. Our conversation was like this:

Mom (AKA Pam) OOPS! I thought I was going to text you, but I guess I called you! Are you doing What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?
Me: Oh NO! I forgot!
Her: Ohhhhhhhhhhhh...... trail off in disappointment
Me: OK. I'm on it.
Her: Yayyyyy! OK bye.

I leaned to my right, snatched up my Cannon and Snap! Now because that was too simple and I always turn WOYWW into a big to-do, I'm going to tell you all about everything! FUN (for me) Hopefully not too boring for you ;)

Not planning for Julia's WOYWW - has magically made one of my favorite workdesks ever. I will tell you all about it (incase you want to recreate it to fill your own cup of bliss). Hahaha. Good things happen on Wednesdays, and on Wednesday my desk is a good thing.

That certainly is an eclectic mix of items on your desk! Although I am somewhat concerned about your apparent love for an iron ;-)

I thought that those explanation squares were advertisements and almost dismissed them from my scrutiny until I looked for your description of the things on your desk!
Using a linky thing to do that was very, VERY clever!
Happy New Year!

Not sure what the linky list is, but it's now closed (grin). I fell asleep and ended up being # 16 this week. You snooze, you loose, as they say. happy WOYWW.

Ciara - I only use the iron for crafts. Anything that wrinkles gets sent out. So don't worry, my love is legit. Plus it's pretty!

Chrissie and Sue, I guess they kind of are adverts. I love some of these things enough to do a commercial. Hehe.

Mom, Oh don't you worry, I am now the proud owner of $2.

Happy Wednesday!!!

Very clever linky list. The contact lens case is something I cannot live without.

Love the little boxes and descriptions. I'm not sure there is a linky built to take the strain of what is on my desk this morning! That five year journal looks mighty fabulous, and that cigar box must be inspiring all sorts of ideas.

Wow thanks for sharing - I too was concerned about the iron until I looked to my left and realised I have one in my craft too. Which I love to use in my papercrafting lol!

This the first time I've seen a full-size IRON on an artist work desk *hee hee* Love it.

Thanks for stopping by this morning and I'm glad you enjoy my music playlist :) I know a few other bloggers that have told me they put my playlist on when they are doing their housework or creating. That was a nice compliment.

I'm headed back to work today after a nice long holiday. Wish I could stay home and play! *sigh*

You have yourself a wonderfully creative day today!

Took me awhile to cotton on, never the sharpest tool in the box, like others I wondered what all the adverts were!!!
Great idea and very creative.

Must admit this went straight over my head until I started reading the other comments. I thought we were playing some kinda new game!!
The iron had me foxed.

Is this a new game? LOL Very inventive of you. Lots of things to show us and actually the desk looks pretty tidy. #95

Mrs.A, I have to admit - I got the idea from a game that Mom actually invented! It's called "Aloha Friday" and we play EVERY Friday. Please come and play with us. You'll love it.

Clever way to show what's on your desk...although wasn't sure what the boxes were there for at first...and felt disappointed when I seen the linky thing closed...thought I had come late and missed out on an exciting contest...lol!

And your mom's telephone call is adorable! :D

Blimey, every desk I have looked at so far is really tidy! I am regretting posting mine!!

What a clever idea to do all those linkies, but please tell us what you use the iron for.

What a great way to share all the goodies on your desk.

I’ve never seen it done quite like this before but it would be no good for my desk most weeks (not this week though) because there’s usually so much out on it the post would take forever to make and read Lol!

Happy New Year

Tracey, that is the fanciest siggy I have ever seen! Nice butterfly.

Debbie, I always get paranoid about the desk sitch. This is the neatest my desk has ever been. If I turned the camera to the right to take my photo instead, oh my lands! Everyone has messy and neat weeks. I'm so glad you're playing.

Hey Maggie C! I'm experimenting with iron transfers on different mediums this week. This is for a wood transfer. I'm finding it's not so good with certain paint bases, but beautiful on wood.

Oh Sue! It DID take forever. It was definitly a first and a last time. When I was making it i just realized that you actually COULD link to just about everything and that I loved everything on it, not often the case ;)

Ha ha, you are so crative posting each item on your desk! It's a good thing it was fairly tidy and not covered in a mountain of stash!
